1. By entering into this Promotion entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. The competition will be run in SuperValu stores and on supervalu.ie (the “Website”) from  21/05/2015 until close of trade (no later than 23.59)  10/06/2015 (“Promotional Period”).
3. To Enter: No purchase necessary.  Go to www.centra.ie/vanishgold, answer the competition question and complete your contact details.  Entry to this prize draw is not available by any other means. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they provide the correct contact details on the competition form.
4. Prize draw (“Promotion”) open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children & spouse regardless of where they live) of Musgrave Limited (trading as Musgrave Retail Partners Ireland) (“Promoter”) or Reckitt Benckiser Ireland Ltd, their affiliated companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
5. There will be 30 winners in total who will be selected at random (under independent supervision) from all qualifying submitted entries on 27/05/2015]. Each of the 30 winners will win 1of 30 Vanish Summer Stain Survival Kits which contains;

6. No cash or other alternative to stated prize. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. Only one entry per person. No bulk, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted.
7. The winners will be notified by phone according to the contact details supplied within 48 hours of the date of the prize draw and will be given full details of how to redeem their prize.  Winners will have 5 working days redeem their prize in accordance with instructions from the Promoter. If a winner is unable to be contacted or does not redeem a prize within this period, Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize
8. The Vanish Summer Stain Survival Kits will be register posted out to the winner and will need to be signed for as prof for receiving the price. Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and identity of winners.
9. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may invalidate an entry and/or result in a forfeit of the prize.
10. Winner’s names will be available by sending a stamped envelope to SuperValu Competitions, SuperValu, Tramore Road, Cork stating for which competition you would like winners’ details. Entrants consent to the use of their names in this way.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to this Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries which are illegal, incomplete or damaged and these entries will not be accepted.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend, extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.
14. By entering this Promotion, all entrants consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter and Reckitt Benckiser Ireland Ltd, and the holding and processing of such data by the Promoter and Reckitt Benckiser Ireland Ltd, for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion.  If you do not wish your personal data to be used for this purpose, you should not enter the Promotion.
15. In entering, all entrants agree to the Promoter announcing them as winners and using their entry across their social media channels and through online advertising.
16. In entering, all entrants agree to being photographed, interviewed and filmed and featured in post activity marketing material relevant to the Promotion
17. Promoter reserves the right to remove any offensive, incomprehensible or otherwise inappropriate entries. Promoter shall not be liable for any late, lost, incomplete, inappropriate or incomprehensible entries.
18. By entering this Promotion the entrant hereby confirms that their entry is their own original work. For any content that entrant submits in connection with this Promotion, including all photos, entrant grants Promoter a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to entrant. Furthermore, the entrant waives absolutely entrant’s moral rights arising under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and, so far as is legally possible, any broadly equivalent rights that entrant may have in any territory of the world.
19. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
