Our 3 day curing method allows the ham to slowly mature, giving it a more delicate and distinctive flavour. The ham is then steam cooked before being expertly carved, leaving you with the highest quality delicatessen ham.

- Irish Pork, Salt, Sugar, Stabilisers: Triphosphates, Polyphosphates, Yeast Extract, Preservative: Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate, Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate, 117g of Raw Pork per 100g of finished product
