Meath Garda Youth Awards

Centra and Meath Garda Síochána launched the annual 'Meath Garda Youth Awards'. The Awards celebrate outstanding young people between the ages of 13 and 21 years.

Centra and An Garda Síochána recognise that a lot of good work is being done by young people in every community in Meath and awards will be considered for nominated young people who by their presence make their communities a better place to live in.

How to Enter

2. Fill in the application form and provide as much information as possible about the person you are nominating and why you think they deserve an award.
3. Submit your nomination by post or in personal delivery before 9th July 2021 to:

Competition Rules

1. Awards are confined to those young people who are aged between 13 and 21 years of age.
   (except outstanding contribution to young people award)
2. Permanent residence of the young person must be within the Meath Garda Division.
3. Awards are confined to individuals and groups of two or more young people.
4. Judge’s decision is final
5. Any member of the public including Garda may nominate anyone whom they feel deserve an award.
6. Nominations may come from family members or relatives.
7. Previous award winners are not eligible
8. The judging Panel will decide upon nominees to go forward to represent the division at the National Garda Youth Awards.
