Method

  1. Combine Kale, Apple, and Avocado on the bottom of the blender.
  2. Drizzle in Honey.
  3. Pour in Milk.
  4. Top with Ice.
  5. Blend, add the mixed seeds and Enjoy.

Makes One 12oz serving.
