1. Break the dark chocolate into small
pieces.
2. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
3. Stir all the time. Be careful that the chocolate doesn’t come in touch with a water.
4. When the chocolate is melted remove it from the heat.
5. Gently fold in all bran cereals. Place muffin cups in a muffin tin, fill them with the mixture to the top and try to make a nest like shape.
6. Form a small indentation in the middle of each nest.
7. Decorate every nest with chocolate Easter eggs or chocolate Easter chicks or bunnies and place them in the fridge.
8. Leave refrigerated for about half an hour or even more to set (chocolate needs to harden).
10. Serve them straight from the
fridge.
