Steak and Blue Cheese Wrap

The ultimate hunger-buster to shake of the  lunch time cobwebs.

Method

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium to high heat. Rub the salt and pepper into the steak before frying it on the hot pan. Fry the steak until it's cooked to your preference. Once cooked, let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing it.

Meanwhile, make a blue cheese sauce by mixing together the blue cheese, yoghurt and mayonnaise. Spread this evenly onto your wraps and top with the shredded lettuce or baby spinach.

Now finely slice the steak and place on top of your blue cheese sauce and greens. Roll up the wrap, slice in half and serve with a green salad.
