Job description:

Main purpose of the role:
Ensure the caf operates efficiently and effectively and provide our customers with the very best customer service at all times.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Previous experience in the hospitality sector (caf, restaurant, hotel) an advantage;

Barista experience is desirable but not essential;

Excellent communication skills;

Previous customer service experience is an advantage;

Passion for food, coffee and ability to inspire customers;

Main duties:

Actively live Centra brand-values i.e. Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-Based;

Always ensure that customer satisfaction is the number one priority by greeting each customer as if it€,,s their first visit to the caf and consistently deliver an exceptional service;

Adhere to all standards required including the policies, procedures, instructions and guidelines set out for the caf;

Assist customers to improve their knowledge of our food and beverages;

Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and in line with store/caf policy;

Merchandise and present the caf to the highest standard at all time and in accordance with relevant guidelines;

Ensure that all areas of the caf/your area are kept clean and tidy to the required food safety standards.

About the locality:

We are looking for the right candidate for our busy Frank & Honest Cafe. Expereince in Barista is desirable butnot requires as we give full training . Customer Service is a vital part of the role.

We open 7 days a week from 6.30am to 6.30pm - shifts vary
