- To make the dressing put the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, mustard and salt into a bowl and whisk until combined.
- Dress the rocket and divided between two bowls.
- Arrange the strawberries and goat’s cheese around the rocket and sprinkle over the pecan nuts.
