You will need kebab sticks to make these.
Bake wedges in the oven for between 18-20 minutes until golden. You will need bigger wedges for the base of the sailboats and smaller ones for the sails.
Cut a larger square of cheese to support the base of the sailboat with smaller slices for between the wedges. Layer wedges with cheese squares in between.
Slice a cherry tomato in half and slide on to the top of the wedges.
