Pitta Pizzas are ideal for sharing with friends. Get everyone involved by inviting them to choose their own toppings. The more adventurous, the better!
Heat the grill. Put the pittas under the grill for 3 minutes.
Take them out. Place one slice of mozzarella on the side that hasn’t been grilled, then cover with the courgette slices. Sprinkle with the grated parmesan and put under the grill for another 3 to 4 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbling. It’s the perfect anytime snack.
