These kid-friendly chicken fingers take minutes to make and contain far less fat and sodium than the store-bought kind. Serve with crunchy vegetable sticks on the side for a very healthy meal.
Place the Corn Flakes in a bowl and crush them into smaller pieces
Put the Honey, Mustard and egg in a separate bowl and beat together.
Cut the chicken into strips, the dip the chicken into the egg mixture and then into the Corn Flake mixture.
Place on a baking tray and bake for 25 mins.
Serve with some sweet chilli sauce to dip.
