In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, finely grated garlic and chilli flakes together to make a sauce.
In a saucepan of boiling water, cook the noodles according to the pack's instructions. Add the broccoli florets for the last minute of cooking.
Heat the other 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil in a large wok or frying pan. Cook the beef steak for 2 minutes. Now add the sauce and cook for a further two minutes. Transfer it to a large mixing bowl.
Drain the cooked noodles and broccoli and add to the beef. Mix well until everything is coated, serve with the spring onions scattered over the top and you've got a healthy, tasty dinner that everyone can enjoy.
