Crispy Croissants

Method

Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan. Cook your bacon until it's crisp and golden. This should take 4 to 6 minutes.

Heat your grill. Slice the croissants (keeping them in one piece) and spread a little tomato relish onto the bottom side. Place the cooked bacon on top and finish with two handfuls of grated cheddar cheese.

Place the whole croissant under the grill and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling. The heat of grills vary so keep an eye on yours so that they don't burn!

Enjoy with a few more dollops of tomato relish on top, for a breakfast treat that'll melt in your mouth.
