For an alternative berry sensation you can swap the strawberries for raspberries.
Cut 3 of the strawberries into halves. Place the strawberries and Malibu into a cocktail shaker and blend with a handheld blender.
Once blended well add in some ice cubes and shake to cool the mixture.
Strain the mixture into a champagne flute. Top up with prosecco or champagne - the choice is yours!
Drop in the remaining 2 strawberries to the bottom of the glass and if you like a fruity twist garnish with lemon zest.
