GENERAL TERMS FOR USE OF APP
1.1 Eligibility & Age Requirements
The App registration and account set up is strictly available to users aged 18 or over. Age is verified during the registration process where users must input a valid date of birth. A user cannot proceed without confirming they are over 18.
All participants of the My Centra App must reside in the Republic of Ireland and/or Northern Ireland and must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration. The My Centra app can only be scanned across Centra stores in the Republic of Ireland only and is NOT available across Centra stores in Northern Ireland.
1.2 Registration
1.2.1 When registering, you must complete the simple registration process on the My Centra App and all the information supplied must be complete and accurate. You will be asked to choose a password, and the responsibility for maintaining the privacy of this account and password is entirely yours. Furthermore, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your registration, and you agree to immediately notify Centra of any unauthorised use of your registration details or breach of security. All transactions made on the app, whether made via your registered account or as a guest, are subject to the terms of this policy which will apply to all transactions using the My Centra App.
1.2.2 Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details and ensuring they are accurate and up to date. Musgrave may terminate accounts for suspected misuse. By registering for the My Centra App you agree and confirm that the details provided by you on registration, or at any time, are correct and complete.
1.2.3 Upon registration or login users receive a digital My Centra Card.
1.2.4 Once set up, your registration will continue indefinitely, regardless of usage levels, unless terminated by you, or Musgrave. You can terminate your registration with My Centra App through the App. Musgrave can terminate your account registration without prior notice at the discretion of management. Your email address is essential in order for us to be able to supply you with important information such as changes to the service. By registering via the My Centra App, you accept that your email address may be used to supply you with such information.

3.Push Notifications
Users may receive Promotional pushes notifications and also in‑app messages. Users may toggle Push settings in the App and on their device.
4. Email & SMS Marketing
You may receive information from time to time from Musgrave. You can unsubscribe from this informational service at any stage. Emails and SMS Marketing messages are sent only based on consent. You can update your contract preferences in your account settings.
5.Unsubscribing
To unsubscribe from the My Centra App emails and text messages, follow the unsubscribe instructions at the end of every email. To unsubscribe from My Centra emails, click the "To Unsubscribe click here" link at the bottom of any email.
Opting out of My Centra App will not unsubscribe you from other Centra communications, but only those related to the My Centra App. There may be a delay of up to 24 hours in processing any unsubscribe request.
6.Re-subscribing
To resubscribe to My Centra Loyalty and text messages simply log into your My Centra App account on the app and check the boxes for receiving email and text messages. Double check your email address and phone number are correct and update your details by clicking the Update Account button at the bottom of the page. It can take up to 4 days to begin receiving email or text messages from the My Centra App again.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted, the Apps, and all features and materials on the App, including text, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips and other content, and the copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property in such materials (collectively, the "Contents"), are owned, controlled or licensed by us or our suppliers. The My Centra App and the Contents are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or exploit in any way any of the Contents of the App.
8. Data Processing & Privacy
8.1 To fulfil our obligations under these Terms and Conditions it is necessary to provide third party providers with some of your personal data such as your name, email, phone number and address and they will process that data for the purpose of fulfilling the My Centra App benefits as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
8.2 Any processing of your Personal Data will be strictly in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy available here. By registering via the My Centra App you are agreeing to this Privacy Policy and to the processing of your data by the third parties mentioned above.
9. Cancelling Account and Customer Service
A customer can exit the My Centra App and close their account at any time on their My Centra App or by contacting the Helpdesk here. Deletion removes access to tokens, vouchers, related brands and all associated app history.
We promise to address any issue you have in relation to your use of the My Centra App in a timely and courteous fashion.
10. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Musgrave is not liable for:
11.1 Interruptions or downtime
11.2 Errors in campaign configuration or voucher issuance
11.3 Third‑party integrations, errors or negligence beyond Musgrave’s reasonable control
11.4 Loss of vouchers/stamps/rewards due to device issues
11. Changes to These Terms
Musgrave reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users should review the Terms regularly. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and disputes shall be heard in the Irish courts.
Collecting and Redeeming Frank & Honest Coffee Stamps with My Centra App in Store
- Coffee Stamps are stamps received by a My Centra App customer who scans their My Centra App during a transaction when purchasing a Qualifying Frank & Honest Beverage.
- Any size hot beverage from the Frank & Honest range sold in participating stores qualifies for the collection and redemption of Coffee Stamps (“Qualifying Beverages”). Coffee Stamps will only be awarded upon the purchase of Qualifying Beverages. The products and ranges which are deemed as Qualifying Beverages may be changed at any time and without prior notice and such changes will be at the discretion of Musgrave or as may be required by law.
- To collect Coffee Stamps a customer must download the My Centra App on their device, register a My Centra account and present his/her My Centra App at the checkout when purchasing a Qualifying Beverage. Each Qualifying Beverage purchased will result in one Coffee Stamp being awarded to the customer’s My Centra App account.
- Once you have purchased 6 Qualifying Beverages and presented and/or scanned your My Centra App at the time of purchase of each of these 6 Qualifying Beverages, you will receive a code on your My Centra App which will permit you to purchase one Qualifying Beverage free of charge (“Free Product Code”). 6 Coffee Stamps will be removed from your My Centra App in advance of the Free Product Code being received.
- We reserve the right to vary the number of Coffee Stamps required to be eligible for a Free Product Code and what a Free Product Code entitles a customer to at any time and without prior notice and such changes will be at the discretion of Musgrave.
- Coffee Stamps can only be earned at the time of purchase of Qualifying Beverages and only if your My Centra App is presented at the time of payment. A purchase cannot be subsequently credited to your My Centra App account.
- Coffee Stamps and Free Product Codes collected through the My Centra App cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be sold or in any way traded. Redeemed Coffee Stamps cannot be used again.
- Coffee Stamps and Free Product Codes are personal to you, the registered owner of the My Centra App to which they are credited. You cannot combine or pool Coffee Stamps with those of another My Centra app participant, you cannot redeem Coffee Stamps together with another My Centra app participant and you cannot use a Free Product Code earned by a My Centra App account which is not yours.
- Any Free Product Codes that are not redeemed 6 months after the date of issue of that Free Product Code to you will automatically expire and will not be replaced.
General Terms & Conditions for My Centra Loyalty Programme
- Your local participating Centra and Musgrave reserve the right to decline to issue or withdraw the Coffee Stamps at any time, or to alter, amend or terminate the My Centra Loyalty Programme at any time without prior notice and participants in the My Centra Loyalty Programme may be removed from the My Centra Loyalty Programme at any time at the discretion of Musgrave.
- All participants in the My Centra Loyalty Programme must reside in the either the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland and must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
- My Centra Loyalty Programme accounts My Centra App accounts are non-transferable and can only be used by the original applicant.
- The My Centra App can be used in all participating Centra stores and Frank & Honest Cafes in the Republic of Ireland only.
- The Programme is for consumer participation only.
- My Centra App members are responsible for the proper use and security of their My Centra App on their own device. Musgrave will not be responsible or liable for any unauthorised use of coffee stamps.
- We may close any My Centra Loyalty Programme account where there has been no activity on the account for a continuous period of 18 months. A customer can close his/her My Centra Loyalty Programme account at any time by emailing DPO@musgrave.ie. When an account is closed the right to redeem Coffee Stamps or Free Product Codes from that account will be lost and all Coffee Stamps and Free Product Codes credited to that account will be deleted from the account.
