Butter Bean Hummus

Hummus that will butter you up!  

Method

Grate the clove of garlic into your food processor. Squeeze in the juice of the lemon, being careful to remove any seeds from the mix. Drain the butter beans and add them to the food processor, along with the cumin, oil, water, salt and pepper. Whizz until the mixture is smooth. Give it a taste and add more salt or pepper if necessary, or add more water if you want a smoother texture. To serve, chop the carrots and celery into batons and the pitta bread into chunks. Serve alongside the butter bean dip.
