Almond Butter

1 - cut into strips

Add all to shopping list

Method

1. Melt 1 tbsp. oil in a pan on medium heat

2. Add the spring onion, garlic, and chicken and fry until golden

3. Add the remaining vegetables and stir until cooked through or browned

4. When the vegetables are cooked through add the remaining coconut oil, coconut milk and almond butter.

5. Combine well

6. Serve hot
