Don't forget...

You need a healthy balanced diet when training that includes food from all of the food groups.  Getting a good balance at meals is crucial.  At lunch and dinner you need some carbs (like bread, pasta rice or potatoes) along with some protein (meat, chicken, fish, eggs or beans) as well as a good serving of vegetables or salads every day.  Remember to include some fruit and to add some milk and yoghurt for calcium.
