"Training Schedules can be tough going in GAA and sometimes I get home very late which means cooking dinner isn't always an appealing option, however eating after exercise is vital as it helps your body recover."

Don't forget...

Eating after training is important to help your body recover and to get ready for the next training session.  If you don't have time to cook dinner, try beans on toast, a sandwich with some protein (meat, chicken, eggs, fish) with some salad or a fruit smoothie eaten with crackers and cheddar cheese.
