Quarter Pounder BBQ Chicken Burger

Method

  1. This couldn’t be easier. Get your burgers into a pan or onto a bbq and cook through, at the same time, crisp up your rashers of bacon. While they’re getting lovely and cooked, whisk together all your dressing ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Toast your buns.
  2. When your burgers are almost done, crumble some feta on top of them to melt. when everything is ready, begin your burger. Bottom bun, Chicken, 1 big slice tomato, 2 slices of avocado, 2 slices of bacon and shredded little gem, dressed with your dressing!
