Pre-heat your oven to 200c/180c fan/Gas Mark 6.
Slice the pittas into bite-sized pieces and place in a
large roasting tray. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle the cumin, chilli flakes and salt evenly over the pittas and mix well until they're evenly coated with spices.
Roast in your oven for 10 to 15 minutes until the pittas are golden brown and crispy. Serve with your favourite hummus.
