Method

Place the popcorn in a large bowl.


In a saucepan, boil the honey for about 3 minutes; make sure it doesn’t go brown. Stir in the peanut butter and butter until the mixture is smooth. Pour over the popcorn and mix well to coat evenly.


Leave to cool until set before serving.
