Melt the cooking chocolate in a microwavable bowl for blasts of 30 seconds and stir after each until the chocolate is smooth.
Fill a shallow dish or plate with the sprinkles.
Using a tooth pick dip each grape into the melted chocolate until it is completely covered.
Roll the chocolate covered grapes into the sprinkles until they are covered completely.
Place in the fridge for 20 minutes until set.
