Put your pasta in a saucepan of boiling water and cook over a high heat. This should take about 10 minutes – for exact times, follow the instructions on-pack.
Meanwhile, drain the tinned tuna of any oil and mix with the mayonnaise and spring onion in a large mixing bowl. Once it’s well mixed, add the yellow peppers, tomatoes and salt.
When the pasta is cooked, drain into a colander and run under cold water until cooled. Add to the large mixing bowl and mix until the pasta is evenly coated with the tuna mix.
Serve with some chunks of crusty bread for a delicious meal in minutes.
