You will need kebab sticks and a heart shaped cutter for this one.
Lightly butter both sides of bread. Using the heart shaped cutter, cut out hearts from each slice, depending on the size of your cutter you should get 3 or 4 hearts per slice of bread. Ensure you have an even amount if you are making 5 toasties you will need 10 hearts.
On one side sprinkle the grated cheese and then place the buttered hearts on top.
Lightly toast in a sandwich maker or in a non-stick frying pan until golden.
Gently push the kebab sticks into the bottom of the heart.
