Perfect for those short on time but still wanting a satisfying supper – this is a tasty and healthy way to enjoy your spud with a whole range of toppings!


Centra Red Onion
1 piece 1/2 finely sliced

200 g

10 g finely grated

Wash the potato and pierce all over the skin with a sharp knife. Now put it in the microwave for 11 to 15 minutes.

When the potato is ready, take it out of the microwave and carefully slice it open. Spoon in the cream cheese, top with the bacon and spring onions and enjoy!
