Perfect for those short on time but still wanting a satisfying supper – this is a tasty and healthy way to enjoy your spud with a whole range of toppings!


Centra Red Onion
1 balls 1/2 finely sliced

200 g

Cheddar Cheese
10 g finely grated

Potato (large for baking)

Add all to shopping list


Wash the potato and pierce all over the skin with a sharp knife. Now put it in the microwave for 11 to 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the chilli sauce in a saucepan until hot.

When the potato is ready, take it out of the microwave and carefully slice it open. Spoon over the chilli sauce and top with the sour cream - delicious.
