Classic BLT with a Twist
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan. Cook your bacon until crisp and golden. This should take 4 to 6 minutes. Once cooked, drain on kitchen paper-towel to remove excess fat.
Toast your two slices of bread. When done, spread mayonnaise on both sides. Layer the lettuce, bacon and tomato between the two slices and tuck in!
