A quick, healthy prawn stir-fry recipe with the zesty flavours.
Pre heat a wok with a drop of Olive oil.
Place the brown rice in a pan to boil.
Chop up your onion and sautee until translucent.
Add the prawns and cook through, add in the garden peas and cook through.
Strain the rice and add to the wok mixture.
Crack in an egg (one egg per person) and mix through quickly, do not let the egg cook whole in the pan.
Add in the soy sauce, add powdered garlic and ginger if you like.
