Method

  1. Score the skin on the duck fillets and make a paste from 5 spice, garlic, honey, sesame oil and orange zest, rub it in
  2. put in a preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes at 180c.
  3. Remove when skin is nice and crispy and all smells amazing.
  4. On a plate, arrange sliced duck, jullienned cucumber, spring onions, hoisin sauce and pancakes. Serve hot
