Cheeseburger Flatbread Pizza

Pre-heat pan, cook burger through, breaking it up into smaller chunks.
Clean pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and fry flatbread on one side
Flip flatbread and begin building pizza with tomato sauce base and other ingredients assembled how you like, except leaves.
Put a lid on the pan for about a minute and a half to melt the cheese
Slide onto a board, add some rocket leaves and a small drizzle of olive oil, cut and serve.
