Wake Up! Honey & Banana Booster Smoothie

It might seem like a bit of a chore making your own smoothie in the morning. But they're a doddle to put together and leave you feeling fabulous all day long.

Method

In a blender, whizz your banana, yoghurt and honey until smooth. Then whizz in two or three ice cubes and pour into a large glass for an energy boost that'll really brighten up your day.
