Cooking a fry in one roasting dish not only means the flavours are deliciously combined, it also means you've much less washing up to do. It's an all in one winner!
Heat the oven to 220C/200C fan/Gas Mark 7.
Put the sausages, rashers and puddings in one large roasting tray and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Put in the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
Take out the roasting tray with oven gloves. Scatter the slices of tomato around the tray. Using tongs or a large spoon, create four spaces within the meat for the eggs. Carefully crack the eggs into the spaces.
Return to the oven for a further 5 minutes, until the eggs have set.
You can easily make this a vegetarian breakfast – just replace the meat with vegetarian sausages and mushrooms. Delicious!
