Place the strawberries and ice cubes in a blender along with the, apple juice, white rum and caster sugar.
Blend for 30 seconds until the mixture is slushy.
Depending on your taste you can add a bit more caster sugar.
Pour into Cocktail glasses and garnish with a strawberry and lime twist.
