Place half of the crushed ice into your mojito glass and add the mint leaves. Don’t forget to keep a mint sprig to decorate the glass. Carefully crush the mint leaves on the ice with the back of a spoon or a muddler.

Squeeze your lime and add 20ml of the juice into the cocktail shaker.

Pour the Bacardi, cranberry juice, sugar and remaining crushed ice into a cocktail shaker. Shake for 30 seconds until cold and well blended. 

Pour into a glass, top up with soda water, garnish with a mint sprig and fresh cranberries. Serve with a stirrer.
