Mother's Day Social Media Competition | Terms & Conditions

  1. By entering into this competition entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The competition will run on Centra’s official Facebook and Instagram pages from 16th – 20th March 2023.
  3. How to Enter: Via @CentraIRL social media channels.
  4. The Promoter is Musgrave Limited trading as Musgrave Retail Partners Ireland, having its registered office at Ballycureen, Airport Road, Cork.
  5. The promotion is a prize draw for a two-night bed and breakfast stay for two people at The Europe Hotel & Resort in Co. Kerry to the value of €780.
  6. The Promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter, its participating retailers, agencies, its holding or subsidiary companies or their immediate families.
  7. It is your responsibility to make sure that you provide the correct contact details.
  8. The winner will be selected at random by the Promoter at the end of the competition.
  9. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may invalidate an entry and/or result in a forfeit of the prize.
  10. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered in lieu.
  11. Entrants must be over 18.
  12. Entry to the Promotion will be considered a full & unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
  13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury (other than our liability for personal injury or death as a result of its negligence) or disappointment of any kind suffered by any entrant in entering the Promotion or in connection with the prize, including but not limited to as a result of any entrant winning or not winning any prize. The Promoter provides no warranty as to the fitness or condition of the prize.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend and/or, extend this Promotion and/or to vary the prize and provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value to the Prize.
  15. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including the Promotion), existence, negotiation, validity, termination or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law.
  16. The Courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Terms and Conditions or their subject matter, existence, negotiation, validity, termination or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
