Centra Go FAQ's

  • What is Centra Go? 

Centra Go is Centra’s quick delivery service. We will pick your items and prepare your food and deliver it to you in under 45 minutes while you relax at home, in the office, or at a party 

  • How does Centra Go work? 

Download our app, pop in your address, order from our range of groceries, hot food and deli items and we’ll deliver directly to your door in under 45 minutes. 

  • When can I order through Centra Go? 

The operating hours for Centra Go delivery are; 

Monday to Sunday: 9am - 10pm. 

Christmas Day: Closed 

Please note, if your order includes alcoholic drink delivery may only be made within the following hours:   

Monday to Sunday: 10:30am - 10.00pm. 

Christmas Day: Closed 

  • Do I need a smartphone to order?  

Yes, you can order through our app either on Apple or Android.  

  • Is there a minimum spend? 

Yes, there is a minimum spend of €12.  

  • How much is delivery? 

You will be charged €3.99 for delivery. There is also a small order surcharge of €1 for orders under €15. 

  • Something went wrong with my order, what do I do? 

We're sorry to hear this. Please get in contact with the store you placed the order with.  Their contact information is available within your order confirmation email.  

  • Why can’t I get orders delivered in my area? 

Sorry we don’t deliver in your area yet! We are working on it and you can be the first to know when we launch close to you by simply registering for an email alert in the app! We are continually growing and expanding so hopefully you’ll see Centra Go in your area soon. 

  • How can I create an account? 

Simply download the Centra Go app, just click on login, then register. You’ll be prompted to fill in your details and choose your password, once you’ve done that click register and that’s you done! 

  • When will I be charged for my order? 

Once you have placed the order, payment will be taken. In the rare event that we can’t process your order, it will be treated like any other refund and will take anywhere from 1-10 working days to appear in your bank depending on your banks refund policy. 

  • Is there a way to opt out of substitutions? 

Unfortunately, we can’t let you opt out of substitutions at the moment. However, you can inform us that you would rather not receive substitutions by typing ‘substitutions not welcome’ in the comment section of your order. 

  • What do I do if items are missing from my order? 

Simply give the store a call with the list of missing items and your order reference. Please note that refunds can take anywhere from 1-10 working days to return to your bank and this is dependent on your bank's refund policy. 

  • What happens if an item is out of stock? 

While we try our best to provide the products you have ordered, unfortunately products can be out of stock from time to time. If this happens, the store may offer to substitute your product as best they can. If the substituted product is cheaper, you'll be refunded the difference. If the substitute is more expensive you will be charged the higher price.  

Any substitutions will be highlighted on your receipt. Please check this on delivery of your order and if you're not happy with any substitutions please let us know.  

  • Can I use a Centra gift card? 

No, you cannot use your Centra gift card for orders through the Centra Go app.
