1. The promoter is Musgrave Limited, trading as Musgrave Retail Partners Ireland (“Musgrave”) having its registered office at Airport Road, Cork.
2. You must be over 18 years of age to enter the Centra.ie 50c OFF 500ml Coca-Cola to win a bike & accessories (the “Competition”).
3. The Competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only. The Competition is not open to employees of Musgrave, its participating retailers, agencies or their immediate families.
4. Entries are limited to one entry per person.
5. The Competition is being offered solely in conjunction with the 50c OFF 500ml Coca-Cola promotion.
6. In order to enter the Competition the entrant has to: (a) download the Centra App; (b) register with the Centra App; and (c) present the 9-digit code on the voucher to the retailer and purchase 50c OFF 500ml Coca-Cola in a participating Centra store.
7. By entering the Competition, prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions. All materials entered as part of the Competition including photographs, drawings, names, etc. can be used to promote any aspect of Centra.
8. The Competition is running from 08:00 26/01/2017 to 23.59 15/02/2017 in the Republic of Ireland. Incomplete, illegible or entries received after 15/02/2017 (the “Closing Date”) will not be accepted.
9. There is 1 prize for the Competition, namely a Bike and accessories (the “Prize”).
10. An entrant will be selected by Musgrave and the selected entrant will be notified by text message or email or telephone (at the election of Musgrave) according to the contact details supplied by the entrant, within 28 days of the Closing Date of the Competition. If Musgrave cannot contact the selected entrant within 2 days of the timeframe set out in the preceding sentence then Musgrave reserve the right to select another entrant. Upon the selected entrant receiving the text message/email/telephone call from Musgrave the selected entrant must answer a question of skill set by Musgrave and text back their response to the number notified in/on the communication in order to win the Prize. The selected entrant will have 72 hours from the time of receipt of the communication to communicate their answer to Musgrave via text message. If the selected entrant does not answer the question of skill correctly or if the selected entrant does not respond to Musgrave within the stated 72 hour timeframe Musgrave reserves the right to select another entrant in which case this condition 10 shall apply to the newly selected entrant. The selection of the entrant by Musgrave shall be final and binding.
11. No cash alternative is available and the Prize is non-transferable. In the event that the Prize becomes unavailable, Musgrave reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or similar value.
12. Musgrave reserves the right to vary, cancel or modify the Competition and or the Terms & Conditions at any time and for whatever reason and/or amend or withdraw the Competition (and/or any related prize) in whole or in part at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Musgrave is also entitled to vary the Prize if: (a) the Prize becomes unavailable; or (b) due to unforeseen circumstances it becomes impossible to provide the Prize as described; or (c) if in Musgrave’s opinion, it would be inappropriate in any way.

• To claim €0.50 OFF 500ml Centra Orange Isotonic just present the 9-digit code provided on the Centra App voucher along with the 500ml Centra Orange Isotonic to the cashier in the participating Centra Store.
• Each customer shall be entitled to participate only once in the Promotion.
• The Promotion applies to 500ml Centra Orange Isotonic and is non-transferable for any other product and no cash alternatives will be offered in lieu. The Promotion is subject to availability.
